This proposal is to develop 42 townhouse units (2 storey) with primary access onto Elgin Street with a secondary emergency access to King Street East (Highway 26) via the adjacent Health Centre lands. An east-west internal roadway will provide access to each dwelling. On-site parking will be provided for each unit (2 spaces) being one (1) space in an attached garage and one (1) space on the driveway. Addtionally 15 spaces are proposed for visitor parking.
