The proposal includes the construction of thirty-three (33) condominium townhouse dwelling units within seven (7) individual blocks, including private condominium roads interior to the site. Water services are proposed to be publicly owned and operated and would connect to the watermain stub currently located along the frontage of the site. A 200mm dia. PVC DR18 watermain is proposed to be installed internal to the site. Sanitary services are proposed to be privately owned and operated by the future condominium corporation and would consist of a 200mm dia. PVC SDR 35 gravity sewer connecting to the existing service located at the frontage of the site. A 10m easement is registered along the frontage of the site for future watermain or sanitary sewer to the 39th Sideroad in accordance with the executed Subdivision Agreement for Phase 4.
