July 11, 2019 (6:30pm to 8:30pm) and July 13, 2019 (10:00am to 12:00pm)

This important meeting will be held to review the proposed options for the reconstruction of Peel Street between Hwy 26 and Georgian Bay, host a question and answer period and receive comments from the public. The formal presentation will begin at 7:00pm on July 11, 2019 and 10:30am on July 13, 2019.

What is a Public Information Centre (PIC)?

A PIC is an informal open house with Town Staff and Consultants.  For the purposes of this PIC, Staff and Consultants will be offering information to you about the progress of design options for Peel Street’s reconstruction.  Both Staff and Consultants will be pleased to discuss and answer any questions you may have about the options for reconstruction of Peel Street.

What should I expect to learn at this PIC?

Should you attend this important PIC, you should expect to learn more about the following: 

  • Existing conditions
  • Reconstruction options
  • Preferred option
  • Project timing

Elma and Alice Street Area Reconstruction

July 10, 2019 (6:30pm to 8:30pm) and July 13, 2019 (2:00pm to 4:00pm)

This important meeting will be held to review the proposed cross sections for the reconstruction of Elma Street (between Alfred Street and Arthur Street), Alice Street (between Victoria Street and Bruce Street), Louisa Street (100m east of Elma Street), Lorne Street and Park Lane, host a question and answer period and receive comments from the public. The formal presentation will begin at 7:00pm on July 10th and 2:30pm on July 13th.
