Parent and Tot skating is available at the Beaver Valley Community Centre Arena free of charge.

Helmets are not mandatory, but are strongly recommended for all skaters.

PJ Story Time

Meet us in the Story Tower Thursday, October 24, at 6:30 pm for a super cozy Story Time. Remember to wear your comfiest pj's and bring your favourite stuffed animal with you. We will read some sleepy time stories and sing some sleepy time songs.

The Northwest Passage in Story and Song with David Newland

In celebration of Ontario Library Week, The Library & Gallery at L.E. Shore presents an evening of photography, storytelling, and live original songs, with David Newland. Singer-songwriter David Newland is a veteran performer on the Ontario folk scene who also works as an expedition host and Zodiac driver with Adventure Canada. In 2015 he was named a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society, a distinction reflecting a lifetime of engagement with landscape and story. David Newand’s performance conveys the emotional and spiritual impact of Arctic travel. No pre-registration required. All are welcome.
