The Town of The Blue Mountains (the “Town”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (the “Consultant”) to provide engineering services to: verify Thornbury and Craigleith sanitary collection system data; prepare a calibrated model of the system; determine system deficiencies; and, conceptually outline capital works necessary over 20 years in a Sanitary Collection System Needs Assessment Report. The scope of work also includes a training component to enable the Town to update the model and interpret various scenarios.
