All bid submissions must be received in a sealed envelope and date stamped at the Finance Department, 1st Floor of Town Hall, 32 Mill Street, Thornbury, ON N0H 2P0. Please note that fax and email submissions will not be accepted.

It is important that you register as a Bidder with the Town so that you may ensure complete receipt of the required bid document and instructions on bidding.

Failure to register may result in non-acceptance of your submission. It is your responsibility to check for addenda prior to bid closing.

2017-20-P-IPW Engineering Services to Prepare a Preliminary Design Report for Wastewater Servicing and Drainage Improvements within the Price's Subdivision (RFPs)

The purpose of this engineering assignment is to compile background information, consider servicing alternatives, undertake a drainage study and prepare a Preliminary Design Report for the extension of wastewater servicing and drainage improvements for the Price’s Subdivision. Town Council will consider the results of the Preliminary Design Report and input of the area residents whether or not to proceed with Final Design in 2018 and construction in 2019. The assignment will also include the consideration of works necessary to hard surface (tar and chip or asphalt) the roads and street lighting improvements that are appropriate
