2017-19-P-IPW Engineering Services for a Master Plan Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for the Town-Wide Water Distribution System (Letters of Interest)

The Town of The Blue Mountains (Town) is soliciting Proposals to engage a qualified consulting engineering firm to provide services to complete a Town-wide Water Distribution Master Plan Study, under the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) process, for the Town’s Water Distribution System including trunk mains, storage reservoirs, pumping stations and other infrastructure found necessary to address deficiencies throughout the Town’s current system and for growth needs. The assignment involves the preparation of the requisite Master Plan Study EA notices, information gathering, modelling, analysis, generation of alternatives, reporting, and preparation of presentation materials and the Master Plan Study Report document at the conclusion of Phases 1 and 2 of the Municipal Class EA process to fulfil the requirements of Schedule B projects.
