The following is a list of current bid and tender opportunities for The Blue Mountains. All bid submissions must be received in a sealed envelope and date stamped at the Finance Department, 1st Floor of Town Hall, 32 Mill Street, Thornbury, ON N0H 2P0. Please note that fax and email submissions will not be accepted.

Register as a Bidder

It is important that you register as a Bidder with the Town so that you may ensure complete receipt of the required bid document and instructions on bidding.

Failure to register may result in non-acceptance of your submission. It is your responsibility to check for addenda prior to bid closing.

Click on “Bid Registration” below for information about the bid as well as instructions on how to receive the bid documents. Once your email has been received Purchasing will process and email the bid documents and add your company information to the Plan Takers List.

2017-12-P-IPW Project Management Services for Clean Water and Wastewater Fund Projects (RFPs)

In October 2016 the Town of The Blue Mountains (Town) made application under the Clean Water and Wastewater Fund (CWWF) program for the following five projects: 1. Clarksburg Servicing Master Plan Environmental Assessment 2. Thornbury West Stormwater Master Plan Environmental Assessment 3. Craigleith and Thornbury Wastewater Plant UV Replacements 4. Thornbury Water and Wastewater Plant Roof Replacements 5. Elgin Street Sewage Pumping Station Renovations To assist the Department of Infrastructure and Public Works (IPW) address the increased workload and to tightly monitor the projects to take full advantage of the available funding, the Town wishes to engage a qualified consultant to provide project management services related to the CWWF projects.
